Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sometimes known as Tapping or Emotional acupuncture works by tapping on different points on the body to release emotional blockages quickly and effectively. The Tapping is done in combination with identifying and saying a positive phrase out loud. This is done, so as we are releasing the emotional blockages by tapping on the points, we are building a positive mindset by acknowledging your desired outcome out loud. EFT can be used to treat a wide range of issues but is particularly effective in the treatment of PTSD and Historical Trauma.
